The Fiji Islands is
located in the South Pacific. Fiji consists of 330 Islands hosting a
population close to one million people. With a temperate climate and

The
Fiji Islands is host to Nadi International Airport which is the largest
facility in the region. This facility is the gateway to the South
Pacific from markets such as South East Asia, Japan, Korea, North
America, Europe, New Zealand and Australia. Nadi International Airport
is home to the Pacific Flying School and our students enjoy full access
to World class facilities and Civil Aviation Authority certified
training.
The Pacific Flying School (PFS) was originally established to supply Fiji
and the South Pacific Region with Commercial pilots. We now offer
students from all over the World access to a broad range of training
options. It is the intention of the Pacific Flying School to provide all
students with qualifications that meets the highest standards required
by the Aviation Industry. We believe that our Central Pacific location
is ideal as a specialised training institution, and PFS is structured to
meet the needs of students from within the Asia Pacific region.
With English as
the main business language, the Fiji Islands hosts a well developed
Aviation market including 2 International Airports and more than 20
domestic airports. These are regulated by the Civil Aviation Authority
of Fiji.
Commercial Pilots
Licenses issued in the Fiji Islands are recognized World Wide and are
regulated by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Fiji Islands using
criteria established by the C.A.A.
Training and
living expenses in the Fiji Islands are very reasonable by World
standards. This ensures that International Students choosing to complete
their training in Fiji can do so inexpensively. The average cost of
completing a Commercial Pilot Licence in the Fiji Islands is F$60,000.

Pacific Flying
School offers all inclusive packages for Regional and International
students including course fees, student visa processing, training costs,
accommodation and other reasonable expenses. For a 12 month period this
works out at approximately F$70000 per student; or: -

ORIENTATION
The Pacific
Flying School requests that all overseas students arrive at least 5 days
prior to the start of their course. We will pick you up from the airport
and assist you with accommodation and transport. After meeting key
personnel and instructors, we will ensure you are provided with an
orientation of the area around Nadi International Airport including all
essential services.
